While making lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise are important for weight loss, mindset also plays a significant role in achieving and maintaining weight loss success. Developing a positive mindset and using the Reset-it program can help individuals overcome mental barriers and improve weight loss outcomes.

The Reset-it program, led by certified teachers, is designed to help individuals reset their mindset and develop effective strategies for achieving their weight loss goals. By utilizing the program, individuals can develop a positive mindset and believe in their ability to achieve weight loss success, which can increase motivation and help them stay on track.

Research on eating behaviors has shown that our habits are conditioned by various factors, including cultural, social, psychological, and physiological factors. One significant factor that shapes our eating behaviors is classical conditioning. By utilizing the Reset-it program, individuals can learn how to overcome the negative effects of classical conditioning and develop healthier habits.

Being overweight imposes significant costs on society in terms of healthcare expenditures, lost productivity, and reduced quality of life. In the United States, the total annual cost of obesity-related illness was estimated to be $190.2 billion in 2020. However, with the right tools and support, such as the Reset-it program, individuals can overcome the challenges of being overweight and live a healthier, happier life.
